You need drink 1L per 30Kg of water to meet your requirements as your body is made mostly of water and your muscles too. Energy is food and that is why your nutrition is important, by supplementing yourself with healthy energy your body nourishes itself based on the energy that you have fed it.

Stimulus consists of the training regimen that you are participating in. Many have their own different feelings on which type of fitness activity they find good. It is possible to build muscle in different types of activities by putting an emphasis on your other components as well. Cardio exercise is not the most effective because you can burn a lot of calories (energy) and it can put you in a muscle loss state. Strength training is considered the best because of the resistance stimulus that forms muscle hypertrophy which is a process of your organs growing cells.

Protein is important in your nutrition as It contains the essential amino acids that are required to build muscle. These acids promote protein cells to grow and are most important for any cellular protein synthesis. Protein cells are essential for every living human body as well as some animals, making proteins as a nutrient source even more important.
