Most Important Muscle
Most Important Muscle
The human
body is known to be representing the physical structure of a human being. The
human anatomy is made up of different organs and cells with its own functions.
That ends up creating a physical manifestation of natures creation. Your body
consists of different components that function at a high intelligence that many
not yet understood fully. We can divide it generally into our 4 limbs, 2 legs,
head and neck.
Cells
The body
consists of trillion of cells, and they can function in our bodies because of
the construction of our DNA gene. The DNA is known to sit in the nucleus of a
cell, proteins play an important role in this in that they dictate cell
function and gene expression. Our bodies are also made of different type of
tissues and there 4 types that exist.
There are lining cells, connective tissue, nerve tissue and muscle
tissue, being the tissue component of our muscles. The human body also
functions on its organs which are structured collections of cells with a
specific function.
Human Body System
As mentioned,
that the human being is of intelligence and has an anatomy of gods intelligence
in a sense. There are many systems that the body makes use of. There is the
circulatory system which consists of the heart and blood vessels(“The
heart propels the circulation of the blood, which serves as a
"transportation system" to transfer oxygen, fuel, nutrients, waste
products, immune cells and signaling molecules (i.e. hormones) from one part of
the body to another.”)(Wikipedia). The digestive system converts the food we
eat into nutritional molecules to be absorbed by our body. These molecules
include your proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals.
There is the endocrine system for endocrine hormones, immune
system consists of specialized proteins that form anti bodies in order, to
distinguish and destroy external cells. The integumentary system is the
covering over our body which is our skin, it contains and protects our organs.
The musculoskeletal system consists of the human skeleton (bones, ligaments,
tendons, and cartilage) and attached muscles. Our nervous system consists of
our body’s neurons which collective form our nerves, which helps our brain deal
with information. Lastly, we have the reproductive system to reproduce and the respiratory
system which brings oxygen inside your body and excretes carbon dioxide and water
back into the air.
When it comes to the most important muscle of all before you
consider the physical muscle tissue. We need to think about the most important
organ for human survival and conscious living which is our heart. The heart is
what pumps energy in the form of an electro-magnetic field to the rest of our
body and organs through the nervous system where our neurons are. The current
society suffers from a lot of heart diseases which is a serious pandemic as
many are dying at young ages. Heart disease although based on family genetics,
is a root cause of an unhealthy lifestyle which includes your nutrition and
physical activity.
Muscles need the very oxygen that the heart provides and if it is not efficient it cannot do its functions within our human body. Without the heart a human being cannot be conscious, and it should raise an awareness to promote people to look towards implementing healthy lifestyle by taking care of their most important muscle before chasing Greek physiques.
