the different ways to take part in physical activity. Our heart can expand and
contract like a fist , which makes it possible to grow it to make it healthier
and stronger by implementing different lifestyle choices.
Physical
activity is good for the heart and it is evident in the research between people
that participate in physical activity and those that do not. Since the heart
functions on pumping blood and oxygen within your body , inactivity creates the
blood to have less flowing energy which leaves the heart in need to absorb
whatever is available to it. Your heart and blood vessels become stiff and
implicates your purpose in being able to exercise.
The human
heart is known to be connected to the brain through a network of neurons. Which
tells us that there is information being communicated between these different
systems, if there is something bad that your heart processes it will directly
affect your body hormones which are connected to your brain. This what results
to the global pandemic of heart diseases that has been continuing In this world.
Heart diseases can be prevented through the implementation of a good nutrition and training program. This will help in the case that it will lower your blood pressure, keep your cholesterol levels under control, you will stay at a healthy weight because of a healthy diet. Exercise will strengthen your heart and improve blood circulation. Other factors you need to implement are to limit your alcohol intake, stop smoking and make sure you get good enough sleep.
